Chelsea Parkes Terms, Shipping and Policies
Order Processing
We process our online orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3 pm EST will be processed the next business day. Please be advised that once an order is placed, you will be unable to make changes to the order online.
Payment Methods
We currently accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax on orders being shipped to all locations outside of Georgia. We charge a sales tax of 7% to all orders shipped to a Georgia address.
Telephone Orders
We are happy to place your order for you over the phone. Please call 404-256-3344 during regular business hours. Business hours are Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm EST. Please do not leave a message with your order as we will not be able to process it without a verbal confirmation.
Shipping and Handling
Domestic (and US Territories)
Our shipping and handling rates are simple. No matter how many shoes or accessories you purchase, the prices below apply. Please note that orders received after 2pm EST will be processed on the following business day so, please factor that in when selecting delivery service. Also, if multiple orders are placed, they may be shipped separately to allow for prompt delivery.
UPS Ground- (3-5 business days) $7 UPS 2nd Day Air- (2-3 business days) $15 UPS Next Day Air-(1-2 business days) $35
For Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories, a surcharge of $15 will be added to the above shipping rates.
International (including Canada)
Our international shipping and handling rates are listed below. Please note that our fees do not include any VAT taxes or Import duties that may be assessed. Chelsea Parkes ships packages FOB (Free on Board) and as such, is not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. Any and all claims should be filed by the customer directly with the carrier. Additionally we apologize that our free shipping on exchanges does not apply to international customers.
One item- US $30 Two items- US $45 Three or more items- call for rates
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we are not able to offer Saturday delivery. UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Chelsea Parkes Exchange & Return Policy
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS AREN'T JUST EASY, THEY ARE FREE We are thrilled you placed an order with us and want you to be equally thrilled with your order. If something isn't right, if you aren't entirely pleased with the fit, color, or style, simply return the merchandise for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of your receipt. The items being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition. Original condition means that the item is returned in the same condition it was received. We understand the need to try products on; however, no signs of wear should be incurred by simply determining proper fitting. All shoes and accessories must be unused, have original labels attached, and be in their original box with tissue paper/wrapping. If these terms and conditions are not met Chelsea Parkes reserves the right to deny the return or charge a 15% restocking fee. Please note that special orders and personalized/monogrammed items are non-returnable for store credit only. Please contact us immediately if you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping.
EXCHANGES ARE FREE For exchanges, simply let us know what you would like as an alternate order (contact us by email or phone) and we'll ship the item to you free of charge (if you live in the continental USA), along with a prepaid shipping label for the product you are sending back to be exchanged. If there is a price difference on the item(s), we will either credit or charge you for the difference. Free exchange shipping only applies to your initial exchange. If subsequent exchanges ensue, you will be charged shipping.
RETURNS ARE FREE For returns, we will credit your original form of payment for the cost of the merchandise being returned (please note that initial shipping charges are not refunded). As a convenience you can contact us (via phone or email) to request a UPS Return Label to affix to your package and drop off at a local UPS Service station or drop box. If you prefer, you may choose an alternate method to return the merchandise and pay for your own return shipping. (COD returns will not be accepted.) Please be certain the package is insured for the full value of the item(s) and send it to: Chelsea Parkes, 227 Sandy Springs Place #378, Atlanta, GA 30328.
